The Process and Integration Manager is responsible for leading and defining standard processes in conjunction with impacted functional areas (Engineering, Purchasing, SQ, etc.) to support the sale of Chrysler parts to FGA/affiliate plants. The Manager will lead and support the definition of major milestones and take steps to implement a new sale program for FGA/Affiliates. Lead to define major roles and responsibilities for the programs where Chrysler sells parts to FGA/affiliates. Support documentation of resulting new processes with affected areas. Lead and coordinate cross-functional (FIAT & Chrysler) workshops.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in cross-functional areas such as Engineering, Purchasing Development, Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams
  • Experience in cross-cultural assignments
  • Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with material releases, Chiers, EBOM, SBOM, CHAMPS, purchasing systems
  • Must be self-starter
  • Possess excellent problem solving skills and excellent team building and facilitation skills -- both verbal and written
  • Have the ability to build strategic relationships with all levels of management
