The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for end users in
Windows XP and Windows 7.
The individual will handle and resolve end user issues via telephone and onsite
2. Solving desktop problems related to printing, network shares, general
access, and client software
3. New build outs
4. Escalation of Level 2 calls.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to extract
information from end users to resolve hardware/software issues.
Provide 1st and 2nd-tier support for networks.
Interact with client and service providers to ensure timely correction of network
Technical support of our clients desktop software and internet based products
and services via phone, email, and in person to users in Microsoft Windows XP/7
Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and
Efficiently and concisely document customer calls/email support inquiries and
resolution into the customer contact system.
Test and report errors in company internal systems and tracking tools.
VDI experience a plus.
Familiarity with Lotus Notes.
Must be familiar with assisting end users describe issues and work to resolution.
