Provides strategic direction on learning and development or communication projects with major change initiatives (for example, training deficits, process improvements, branding and workflow redesign)
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, Law, or related field and 4 years experience in business, information technology, education, law, or related field OR 6 years experience in business, information technology, education, law or related field. Position requires 20-60% international travel (higher side of range expected in first year)
Additional Preferred Qualifications
2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in evaluating and deploying training systems and programs.
