Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of assigned Wage Garnishment employees in accordance to departmental policies and procedures and within established timelines; respond to staff questions throughout the day, ensuring proper resolution of issues; provide on-going training to assigned staff in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided; organize and distribute accounts to staff; confirm that payment arrangements meet client requirements; assign and review various reports for clients and internal departments and assure accuracy; confirm proper documentation is maintained at all times on all applicable aspects of accounts; review status on incoming hearings and corresponding client assessment.
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the collection industry required with wage garnishment experience preferred
