Must have experience in: greeting customers, answering phones, filing, receiving and sending faxes, distributing mail, sending couriers, ordering office and warehouse supplies, maintaining coffee ready every morning, making travel arrangements for mechanics & sales rep including air tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals. Scanning receipts and generating expenses report from scanned receipts, etc.
