Assistant Claims Manager

We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Claims Manager at our Headquarters in Appleton, WI. We are seeking an individual with leadership skills and the desire to motivate and manage people. This position includes responsibilities related to the investigation, negotiation and collection of car rental claims. The successful candidate will excel at dealing with customer conversations regarding damages that have occurred to their rental vehicle, have well-developed communication skills, good judgment and problem solving abilities.

As an Assistant Manager you will aid in the development and direction of the Claims Department staff and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities in the department. Under the direction of the Claims Manager you will help to encourage a positive team environment and aid in the development of collection skills for our Claims Agents through training, coaching, motivating and example setting.
