Basic Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in air ticketing

Must have previous supervisory experience

Must be fluent in Japanese/English (reading/writing/spoken)
Responsible for creating a unique travel agency business model for HGV and it's vacation ownership needs. Must maximize profit generation and customer service satisfaction from Marketing operations associated with the Package Sales Team, Hawaii Support Team and Member Services - Japan while maintaining budgeted costs. Must manage and lead travel agency staff members. Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in business Japanese.
