Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for working across the Product Innovation & Management team to develop long-term business strategy supporting channel and / or generic programs. Primary responsibilities revolve around quantitative modeling and reporting that will help inform the company's short term and long term strategy. The candidate will gather, analyze, and interpret data, often in the absence of hard data, to evaluate key strategic decisions and understand economic, operational, and market impacts.
The candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the organization (e.g., Finance, Sales, Underwriting) on several projects simultaneously and regularly interface with leaders throughout the company. In addition, the candidate will help develop solutions to operational and sales issues, while providing input into marketing strategy. Overall, this work will have a significant impact on the development of member and client programs. Required Qualifications:
Work with Product Innovation & Management team members to define and structure clear questions and workstreams from ambiguous problems and complex data sets Perform detailed quantitative analyses (e.g., spreadsheet modeling, data analysis) to inform key strategic decisions and define growth plans for client programs Collect key metrics and track performance indicators across portfolio of client products Monitor and evaluate program results to determine impact, then communicate outcomes and identify areas for improvement Engage in qualitative research and problem-solving (e.g., market research, operational assessment) to improve internal processes Develop presentations to communicate findings, illustrate key insights, and influence decision-makers Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (e.g., Finance, Sales, Underwriting) to collect data, define assumptions, share results, and act as a subject matter expert Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines Desire to expand into more strategic or product management role Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years at a Senior Strategy Consulting firm * Knowledge on the PBM and Retail industry preferred Education:
