Job Description: Come join our team! We work in the mobile communications space, designing RF Solutions for Intel mobile products, including high-end mobile phones and Ultra-books.

Your role within this group will include:
Analog, Mixed-Signal, and RF Development Engineers with Skills and Expertise in Developing Monolithic Integrated Circuits for Wireless and Wireline Communications Systems and product using CMOS, BiCMOS Process technologies.

Component Design Engineers are responsible for the design and development of electronic components. Responsibilities may include: the design of chip layout circuit design, circuit checking, device evaluation and characterization, documentation of specifications, prototype construction and checkout, modification and evaluation of semiconductor devices and components, performing developmental and/or test work, reviewing product requirements and logic diagrams, planning and organizing design projects or phases of design projects. Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess a PhD/MS degree in Electrical Engineer.

Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience with a focus in RF Circuits or Mixed Signal Circuit Design (e.g. analog to digital converter, digital to analog converter, RF synthesizer, 60GHz systems, WiFi, WiMax, BlueTooth, GSM, EDGE, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:
Must have knowledge as demonstrated by coursework, projects or experience of the following:

  • Cadence*, ADS*, or SPICE* simulation tools,
  • RF and Analog communication basics, and
  • VCO; Synthesizer or PLL design; LNA; PA (Power Amp); Filter design; ADC; DAC.
