We are currently seeking a Help Desk Tech Support Associate. The Help Desk Tech Support Associate will report to our IT Manager and will provide IT support throughout the Company. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.
Manage and process all requests that come through the Zen Help Desk
Respond to, troubleshoot and assist with requests/questions for technical assistance
Assist in the management of upgrades of employee and office computers
Assist the Head of IT with planning and interaction of the day-to-day operations
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Involved in creating documentation for employees on "how to...", such as connecting to the Shared drive, logging in remotely, setting up their mobile devices for email, etc
Provide regular updates and reports as requested to Head of IT
Conduct a full inventory of our company's IT equipment
Assist with the technological set up of new studio locations including but not limited to: desktops, laptops, printers, phone lines
Must have 1-2+ years as a help desk support specialist.
Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have a strong customer service orientation
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the proven ability to patiently and clearly explain and outline steps in a process to staff who have limited expertise in technology
Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to respond to issues that arise outside of the normal working hours
