The Manufacturing Engineer will support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and process development across all areas and all shifts.
In addition, you will:
Partake in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) manufacturing including metal machining, programming, tooling, quality, welding, and assembly processes
Lead or assist cross-functional teams to solve complex problems utilizing lean-manufacturing principles and action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs, reduce equipment downtime and increase capacity
Develop process documentation and preventative maintenance plans
Work directly with production operators in order to gather input and deliver process improvements to the line
Drive cost reductions and manage budgets
Manage a cross functional team of hourly and salary non-exempt personnel.
Develop and track key process indicators for achieving maintenance excellence as it relates to TPM
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 additional years of manufacturing experience)
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Strong Project Management skills
Experience with lean implementation or total productive maintenance (TPM)
Goal oriented and particular attention to detail

Ability to work with a variety of teams both the shop floor and exempt personnel
