Humana is seeking

a Pharmacy Solutions Program Manager to plan, coordinate, monitor and implement complex programs, delivering superior project planning and management throughout the project life-cycle. You will also lead special projects and assignments as necessary, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between business needs and technological solutions.

Develop a consolidated management-level dashboard of relevant metrics, including number of implementations by month, number of open issues and defects, first pass rates and project status.

Create and deploy a training curriculum for an audience of Pharmacy associates, educating them about process flow and system procedures.

Design and maintain a cross-team release and project status reporting mechanism that can be used by senior management to ensure that projects are tracking according to schedule.

Document current processes and recommend areas and approaches for process improvement and re-engineering.

Role Essentials

Bachelor’s Degree

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project

Role Desirables

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Six Sigma or other process and/or PMP certification

Demonstrated experience with process documentation and process re-engineering\
