Provides exceptional support and service to senior management through all mediums including correspondence, reporting, etc.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hours for this position will be 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Maintains department logs, reports, and/or data entry for functional databases.
Creates, proofs, revises and edits written material as needed.
Handles internal and external correspondence.
Creates and maintains departmental filing systems.
Uses and coordinates maintenance for local office equipment.
Coordinates logistics for meetings, net meetings and conference calls: location, communication, resources, etc.
Serves as Scribe for meetings as needed.
Cross-trains and learns other responsibilities within the team and provides assistance as needed.
Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
Performs other duties as assigned.
(Education, Experience and Certifications)
Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus. Minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred.
Requires 2+ years of experience in an administrative, and data entry analysis role.
Requires strong computer skill level, specifically using Microsoft Excel (ability to utilize complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Requires strong communication skills (oral and written) as well as strong face-to-face customer service experience.
