Building Facilities ManagerA Downtown Cincinnati building is seeking an experienced Building Facilities Manager to oversee the general maintenance and personnel of a mid-sized building. This position involves establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants; maintaining all state and local government permits and paperwork as required by all codes, regulations and laws; as well as developing a variety of policies, procedures and guidelines.
Position Requirements:* 10-15 years of facility management experience* Experience handling vendor contracts and leasing requirements* Experience with retail and office tenants* Experience with MS Office products* Strong interpersonal skills * Strong project management skills * Excellent time management and prioritization We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
