Supervises Food and Nutrition Services team to provide patient service and retail food service operations for hospital facility.
Associates degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Four (4) to five (5) years experience in food production system with increased and/or diversified responsibility including two (2) years in a supervisory or lead role within healthcare food services.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership, team building and employee development skills.
