Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Develop techniques, procedures, simulations, and tools to predict, analyze, measure and improve the overall RF performance of the Airvana Radio Access Network (RAN) product
*Define and suggest methods to improve the key performance indicators (KPI*s)
*Write a report summarizing the KPI test results
*Analyze results from the Live Air Verification (LAV) testing to search for defects or confirm correct behavior
