The Customer Service Representative will report to the Online Sales and Service department manager. This opportunity is a full time, non-exempt position.
Job duties:
Provide superior customer service to our customers
Inbound and outbound service calls
Process underwriting, policy and customer documentation
Job requirements:
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills and pleasant phone mannerism
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and the internet
Call center or high volume phone experience preferred
Insurance experience a plus
