Description

Closing Date:
Open Until Filled

Maintains employee records; updates, modifies and corrects personnel records; reviews and interprets federal and state regulations for records management; and assists HR business partners and assistant HR business partners with filing of personnel records.

Performance Responsibilities:
Maintains employee records by filing updates to personnel files

Services window for employee record requests

Provides employee records and other information to employees per their request

Receives and processes requests for employee records from HR staff

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma required

Specialized Training/ Certifications:
Familiarity with public sector records retention schedule and open records law
