College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.

Major Job Duties:
Work with Windstream business customers on installations of new equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Interview customers regarding telephony needs, project schedule and design database program based on specifications
Oversee installation and provisioning of equipment and/or network, including coordination with other internal work groups and customer representatives
Develop and deliver customer training based on system design
Provide on-site support during installation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Applicant should be knowledgeable of or be able to obtain knowledge of Allworx, ShoreTel, Mitel and Avaya product lines.
Internal applicants must have satisfactory performance in all respects of current position.
May be required to complete Windstream's computer based assessment or other prerequisite courses and/or tests as determined by Windstream.
Must be able to effectively communicate with the public, co-workers, and managers.
Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention-to-detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Must be available for work during non-scheduled hours.
Must be neat in appearance, be able to write legibly, and prepare and maintain neat and accurate records.
Must be willing and ready to work in any assigned location and to attend schools for training, which may require out-of-state traveling as determined by Windstream.
Must demonstrate the ability to learn and use a variety of current and future applications, test systems, or information systems as they are developed.
Must have a working knowledge of using a computer and any applicable applications.

This position will be accountable for the project management and related items such as scheduling, tracking,end user training, status reporting of any and all system and circuit installation task's to the customer and Windstream team. It will be the 'first touch' contact person for all account issues during the project implementation phase.
Project types include but are not limited to: Allworx / ShoreTel / Mitel / Avaya.
Database collection and Customer end user feature training are KEY to your success in this position! This position will work in conjunction with Windstream Sales and Operations to achieve customer satisfaction on projects and ongoing customer relationships. A project Management background is desired for this position with certifications however past experience will be taken into consideration.
Candidate will need experience with: Microsoft Office suite of products / Visio / Adobe. Primary area of coverage will be the state of CA.

Minimum Requirements:
