Cardno ENTRIX is seeking a Senior Cultural Resource Specialist to help grow and manage our cultural resource group and to work with a multidisciplinary team of accomplished biologists, hydrologists, geologists, engineers and planners on a variety of projects in the Pacific Northwest and the western United States.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Project management as well as technical leadership
> Report and proposal writing
> Client and agency coordination and management
> Technical support to various projects
> Leadership and mentoring of staff
> Masters degree in Architectural History or Cultural Resources
> Fifteen years of consulting experience or experience in a related professional field, along with experience in managing and growing a cultural resources practice
> Proven track record of winning and managing cultural resource projects including government and/or private sector contracts
> Excellent oral and written communication skills
> Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
> Strong business/client orientation - established client relationships in the Pacific Northwest
> Ability to travel frequently to field sites & other Cardno ENTRIX office locations on the West Coast
> Ability to work well independently and with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, team oriented work environment
> Solid time management and follow-through skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks/projects with tight deadlines
> Positive and energetic attitude
> Self motivated; strong initiative
> Detail oriented; resourceful
> Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) is a plus
