Program/Project Manager Senior: Northern VA Prerequisite: Top Secret SCI security clearance must be active prior to consideration Position is with federal intelligence agency and requires both the security clearance and prior experience with such agency or DOD for consideration.

Requirements The Program Manager provides highly specialized expertise in Online Assistance and Customer service. This position is expected manage the 24 x 7 GEOINT Technical staff and guides the Functional Specialist supporting OGSU OA in performing all of the following duties including but not limited to the following tasks:

11-14 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Basic Description
  • Manage the group of 24 x 7 GEOINT Technical / Customer Service Representatives providing Online Assistance
  • Work with customers to completely understand their needs and be able to articulate solutions.
  • Analyze and assess information, suggest viable solutions, workarounds, and processes.
  • Assist users capture their needs for software, hardware, applications, new requirements, intelligence products, or geospatial products and enter the need into the NGA RFI tool.
  • Coordinate new needs with appropriate Customer Account Manager and route the RFI appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively through writing, email, briefings, telephone, and other collaboration tools.
  • Communicate with all levels of the NGA Enterprise, IC, and DoD as required.
  • Develop and draft responses to actions items, taskers, and build briefings. This may include research on DoD, IC, NGA, and NSG policies, guidelines, instructions, and processes that relate to GEOINT initiatives.
  • Provide status reports on work accomplished and planned to include details of work performed and problems or issues.
  • Have an understanding of collaboration/social software tools employed by OGSU Online Assistance Division.
  • Develop a strong understanding of NGA’s business processes in order to be able to better support NGA’s customers
  • Generate whatever reports are necessary on a regular basis and modify them as required
  • Provide status reports on work accomplished and planned to include details of work performed and problems or issues.
  • Develop the business processes and associated plans/SOPs required to collaborate and coordinate across OGS and NGA to establish standards to support to OGS Online Help Desk, and assess and integrate other NGA online efforts and capabilities.
