Provides Citi's Global Legal function with the operational support necessary to fulfill its mission. Reviews law firm billings to ensure legal compliance with applicable Citi Legal policies and regulations. Supports a best in class electronic invoicing process for Citigroup Legal by providing operational support and monitoring electronic and manual billings from Outside Counsel and respective legal vendors. Liaisons closely with attorneys and Global Legal Support staff in all practice areas and business sectors; to understand unique process requirements, interdependencies and ensure that GLS provides outstanding support. Utilizes the service delivery channel to provide subject matter expertise, training and problem solving assistance in customer base while maintaining effective, relevant operational metrics for internal and external use. Frequently provides prompt and accurate responses to internal and external clients via both verbal and written correspondence. Identifies operational and technical issues and adequately / efficiently and effectively relays these concerns to the technology partners in a concise and precise manner. Protects sensitive, confidential and legal information and vigilantly ensures that Citi's interests are appropriately considered at all times.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required/preferred
Minimum of 2 years related accounts payable experience required
Proficiency with MS Office applications required
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
