This is an outstanding career opportunity at a full service, upscale, multi-faceted restaurant in Volusia County. This position is responsible to lead the services of the kitchen team and create special menu offerings to meet business needs.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 3 years in a management position in a high -volume , full - service restaurant
Strong knowledge and demonstrated management skills in profit and loss, food cost control, labor cost control and scheduling.
Demonstrated ability to hire/train /develop staff, manage inventory, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Proven creative ability in proposing and implementing new menu items
Strong verbal communication skills a must
Ability to multi-task a must
Proven ability to maintain a high energy level, convey a sense of urgency and lead by example.
