- Minimum of 3 years in a management position in a high -volume , full - service restaurant
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated management skills in profit and loss, food cost control, labor cost control and scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to hire/train /develop staff, manage inventory, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Proven creative ability in proposing and implementing new menu items
- Strong verbal communication skills a must
- Ability to multi-task a must
- Proven ability to maintain a high energy level, convey a sense of urgency and lead by example.
