Provides various levels of data networking support. Responsible for moderately complex technical functions such as, but not limited to, network design, implementation, or operation/user support. Assesses networking requirements, procures networking components, installs and configures hardware and software, trains users, and diagnoses and resolves network problems. Functions as third level support approximately 95% of all problem resolution is handled at this level.

(Annual Salary Range: $49982.40 - $65208 - $80454.40)

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Networking or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Ideal candidate will have the following:
Must have the ability to plan, organize, monitor, control, implement, and manage telecommunication
systems projects. Must be able to effectively supervise technical staff, work well with clients and vendors and have the ability to lead people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Must have a working knowledge of large communication systems (ie: Nortel SL 100, Avaya 2100, Cisco CUCM) with the capabilities of unified communication, voice mail, audio bridge and other related voice systems software; working knowledge of Unified Communications/Voip and carrier services.
