The Analyst I, Sales Operations will play a role in supporting LifeCell's commercial goals by offering consultative, tactical and strategic assistance. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the individual will function as a liaison between the Sales organization and the Marketing, Finance, IT and Supply Chain organizations. As a member of LifeCell's commercial team the Analyst I will have a role supporting the impact of all commercial initiatives on the Sales organization. The individual will operate as a business partner to the Sales and Marketing organizations with a focus on supporting the management teams and their efforts to achieve annual objectives.
Provides analytical support to Sales and Marketing management
Maintains relevant software and reporting platforms
Assists in the management of the Incentive Compensation plans
Provides support for territory alignments and optimization
Researches and communicate best practices internally and externally and identifies and evaluates potential improvements
Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned based on changing business needs or organizational structure

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or other related field.
- At least 1-3 years of of sales analysis experience
- Experience with Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Excel/Access
- Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
