Description
Oversee the External Fraud and Fraud Analytics functions. The individual provides professional expertise relating to analyzing fraud trends, and conducting investigative research into fraud losses to determine the nature of fraud patterns. Responsible for managing department project/processes, including data sampling, modeling designs, modeling development, validation, and implementation. Applies in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures to resolve issues. Individual will work closely with senior leaders in the One Main Financial/CitiFinancial Branch Network and North America Compliance and Control functions. This individual will also support and assure the effective implementation of the Citi Fraud Management Policy and Standards across the firm. -Ensure fraud risk issues are considered in major business initiatives. -Propose creative and pragmatic solutions for fraud risk problems and have the ability to execute the required actions in an effective manner. -Effectively display the ability to evaluate the materiality of issues. -Take a leadership role in driving consistent program delivery to all businesses. -Interface with senior managers, internal auditors and regulators.

Qualifications
-7+ years work experience in a financial institution, with at least 2 years work experience in fraud management or associated disciplines. Experience working in a consumer lending institution and audit background are both big pluses. -Bachelor’s degree required. -Prior people management or program leadership experience required. -An innovative thinker with strong skills in process and problem solving. -Should be a self-starter and organized; able to work independently, without supervision; able to solve problems and offer solutions; able to influence without authority and drive results. -Should have strong research abilities, and advanced Microsoft Office and associated skills. -Strong abilities to work in a leadership role, ability to influence peers. -Demonstrated commitment to team leadership and employee development
