You will be equipped with an iPad, using SalesForce technology to execute sales planning, lead management, and quotes. Our formal Sales Onboarding Program will invest in your success with formal coaching and consultative selling techniques.
Day-in-the-life - Partner with key area/functional leadership to establish and cultivate strategic relationships within key accounts of commercial construction, insulation, and residential construction retrofit. - Develop sales growth and coverage strategy to effectively maximize sales representatives’ bandwidth and talents within the area - Actively manage Sales Representatives within Regional or Division Service Area
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years sales management experience, an engaging and motivating leadership style, persuasive communication and excellent presentation skills at all levels, a customer focused mindset, an ability to travel extensively within the region, and a college degree in sales, marketing, or business. Your proven track record includes increasing sales revenues, developing, planning, organizing and implementing sales programs and activities within a Regional or Division Service Area that exceeds growth, revenue, and profit objectives.
