Position Overview:

This retail leadership role is responsible for managing a retail store and up to 50 hourly associates. He/she will be responsible for the hiring, training and development of employees; generating sales through team performance and
outstanding customer service. Managing within budget guidelines to maximize profits through sales goals, inventory management and margin and expense control.

PLEASE NOTE: No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Function Specific Activities:

Communicate the principles and values of The Coca-Cola Company through personal contact with consumers and dignitaries from around the world in order to further enhance the consumers' connection to our brands.

Interpret and implement visual presentation guidelines and updates for Company-owned retail stores in order to react to sales trends and generate increased revenues.

Ensure direct reports or project team members have clarity about their roles and responsibilities.

Delegate work assignments and tasks to appropriate individuals, providing sufficient direction so desired business
outcomes can be achieved.

Give direction to and supervise others by offering approaches to be used and following up to ensure timely and quality execution
against expectations.

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma; GED equivalent
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years specialty store experience

Technical Skills:

Company Knowledge: Knowledge of Company history, principles and values in order to communicate appropriately with consumers and dignitaries around the world.

Payroll Guidelines: Knowledge of payroll guidelines and the ability to operate Company-owned stores and attractions within those guidelines.

Labor Management: Knowledge of labor management techniques. Ability to track and optimize labor to deliver enhanced staff coverage when needed and deliver savings when coverage is not necessary.

Retail Operating Principles: Knowledge of and ability to interpret basic retail operating principles.

Consumer Focus: Demonstrating understanding of how one's actions and/or work impacts the Company's relationship with consumers.
