Responsible for maintaining the uptime of all hospital systems and applications through the prioritization of the Help Desk and Network staff. This includes managing the teams responsible for the resolution of incidents and those conducting planned maintenance. Responsible for creating trend analysis for issues presented to the Help Desk to ensure a proactive approach in dealing with issues in the future.
• Five years experience in a Computer Science position, in healthcare, banking, education that used an Enterprise Resource Planning Tool (ERP), Health Care Information System (HCIS), or integrated similar integrated system
• Five years experience in a medium scale Cisco Environment (1,000 plus PC’s, Cisco 6500 core switches, ASA devices)
• Five years experience in a Windows Server (server 2003,2008,2012,2012) environment
• Project Management
• Must have a BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Care, or similar
