peerTransfer was founded as a direct result of the issues experienced by its founder and former international student, Iker Marcaide. As he experienced first-hand the difficulty and frustration of transferring funds from a European bank to MIT, paying high fees and not having his money arrive on time, he envisioned a solution that alleviate these issues. Your Role
Our Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our CRM system including leveraging the tools, programs and processes to improve business performance. Our ideal hands-on candidate will ensure the CRM infrastructure is fully defined, understood, deployed and leveraged. This person will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product, Operations and Marketing.
Design and improve operational processes (e.g. How do we collect business cards and load contacts in our CRM? How should we segment our contact database?)
Create sales, marketing and customer service workflows, and reflect them in our CRM (e.g. What tasks does a case opening trigger?)
Transform raw information (e.g. Captured at conferences) into actionable, structured and organized content in our CRM, through streamlined data processing
Architect information and content in our CRM, for instance determining how to reflect certain information in fields in our CRM or how to manage contacts, leads, customer service cases etc. in our CRM
Ensure data integrity throughout our CRM
Help us measure our results by creating sales, marketing, and customer service reports and dashboards (e.g. Customers acquired, activity per salesperson…)
Work with management defining territories, commission plans and assist in yearly planning and quarterly reviews
Any other operational support that will make our marketing, sales and customer service team successful
Help with the integration of Salesforce with our internal systems
Support marketing initiatives as they pertain to our Marketing Automation System (Marketo) and the integration with SFDC
Your Profile
Our ideal outstanding, talented and resourceful candidate will have:
At least 4 years’ experience working with CRM systems and ~1.5 years’ experience using Salesforce
Mandatory Admin Administrator level knowledge with CRM Salesforce.com
Previous experience structuring CRM systems
Advanced skills in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Analytical and process thinker, with strong attention to detail
Smart, curious and very willing to learn
We will also value someone who has:
Knowledge of other CRM systems
Technical knowledge of backend systems a plus
Proven experience in evaluating and summarizing sales operational data
Business analysis skills that drive optimization, simplification and alignment in growing sales effectiveness
Experience with marketing automation systems
Spent time abroad and has international experiences
