About the role:
Sailthru’s Sales Operations Specialist will support our growing sales organization by owning all contract management, tracking and reporting sales data, working cross departmentally, providing administrative support in developing sales tools, resources, and training. They will also leverage their organizational skills to coordinate team meetings, client events and execute on ad hoc reporting.
This role offers the opportunity to work with tenured sales leaders within an industry that is transforming the way businesses communicate with their users. The Sales Operation Specialist’s efforts will be to assist the sales organization to increase global sales, provide the resources and tools for successful sales operations, in addition to:

Working with as a CRM to track all sales, client engagements, and ensure proper contract execution.

Analyzing sales data to calculate commissions

Being responsible for all internal sales team coordination

Partnering with sales leaders to drive the sales process from leads to client on-boarding

Liaisoning cross departmentally to ensure consistent communication across the organization

About You:

3+ years in an sales operations/support role

Experience working with as a CRM

Ability to provide ad hoc reporting and/or sales research

Experience working on RFPs, statements of work, and contracts throughout the sales cycle
