Job Description for Therapists Unlimited Speech Language Pathologist:
Provides speech therapy services to patients in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, home health companies and schools.
Assists in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
Functions under supervision of the speech language pathologist designated by the client facility.
