Minimum Qualifications:
1. Associate?s degree in a related field or equivalent education and related training
2. Five years of banking or financial experience, with previous experience as AOO I at BB&T or in another operations-related function at another financial institution
3. Effective interpersonal and diplomacy skills
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills
5. Sound decision-making skills
6. Solid PC skills and understanding of standard software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
7. Specialized client service training with proven results
8. Sound knowledge of Banking Operations/Compliance and BB&T Products and Services, as appropriate
9. Strong desire to help employees and clients resolve problems successfully
10. Ability to travel on a regular basis within assigned region

1. Daily operational processing of various items and functions
2. Operational Risk Management
3. Compliance
4. Audit and Internal Control Record execution and documentation
5. Branch operational support and training
6. Fraud support
7. Problem resolution assistance
8. Branch Security Officer and Business Recovery
9. Facility oversight
10. Detailed research
11. Other projects as assigned by RBOM
