Right now, we are seeking a Regional Account Manager. This is an office based, inside sales position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting/exceeding annual sales quota targets. He/She will also be responsible for supporting low volume Western Union Agents through outgoing telesales as well as work with an assigned number of existing agents to build existing volumes and cross-sell additional services. Other operational responsibilities include building and maintaining goodwill with agents, prospecting by phone in targeted zip codes, renewing expired or expiring relationships and other Regional support functions as assigned. Regional Account Managers work constantly with Account Executives during contract renewals, fulfilling a variety of operational needs, and identifying revenue in low performing agent locations.
