Pitney Bowes Seeks a Customer Service Technical Specialist
This position will sit in our Pitney Bowes Management Services business unit. This business unit helps our customers compete more effectively by taking care of critical yet non-core services to allow them to focus on what they do best. These services include: professional consulting, mail-and-document management and managed output services to integrated content management.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Technical Specialist
/Legal Records . This position will be located in our Los Angeles, CA location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform Legal Key data entry
Maintain Legal Key integrity by checking files in and out of system
Perform daily pick-up of filing from attorneys/scretaries that have been specially assigned
Maintain centralized and decentralized records with filing and accurate information
Retrieves and delivers files for qualified personnel upon request
Generate folder/redwelds labels for client/matter files and affix to folders/redwelds
Shift files on shelves and cabinets to maintain adequate space for files
Create additional folders/volumes for existing client/matters
Process client/matter name changes
Answer incoming calls to the Records Center and assist callers as necessary

- Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience preferred
- 3 + years of legal records experience
- Legal Key
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to work proficiently on a PC in a Windows environment
- Lifting up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
- Standing for long periods of time with or without accommodations
