Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
Parts Sales Specialist I position for energetic and fast paced inside sales environment that provides after-market parts to customers in the refinery and gasoline terminal industry. Daily duties include: handling inbound requests for quotes via e-mail and phone, creating quotes using Microsoft Excel, generating sales orders and purchase requisitions using MRP system. Managing open orders to ensure on-time delivery. Working with manufacturing and sub-vendors to provide urgent customer needs. Handles special assignments as needed. Heavy MS Excel and Outlook use.
