Merrill Gardens, one of the top owner and operators of senior living communities in the country, is looking for a Community Relations Director for its Apple Valley, CA. community.
The Community Relations Director (CRD) is responsible for meeting and exceeding all occupancy goals of the community. The CRD reaches these goals by developing and implementing the community outreach and marketing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and maintaining a minimum 94% occupancy for the community. If completing competitive shops, building prospect base, generating tours, accurate reporting and securing deposits for move-ins sounds like exciting work to you we would like to speak to you more about our opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field and preferably a college degree. It is critical that this position be able to communicate both written and spoken in English. You must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
