The IHOP Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The primary responsibilities of the General Manager include directly supervising the restaurant employees, managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while constantly maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when restaurants are busiest.

Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work other shifts as needed

Candidates are required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
