Members - individuals in the developing world who take surveys for our clients - learn about our service through referral programs, through advertising, and through informational websites we maintain. You will be a media buyer and a referral program coordinator, implementing our member marketing plan. A/B split testing is important to our development process. We use it to optimize our messaging and choice of features for our members. This position will assist in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B split tests in a variety of contexts.
Coordinate with international media buyers to run advertising campaigns in countries throughout the developing world
Track all advertising spend and all referral program spend; summarize data and communicate results to management
Run split tests on campaign creatives to determine what messaging is most effective for a given region
Create and maintain referral programs to help spread word of our service in a given country
Many of our split tests can be configured through a web interface of some kind. You will be responsible for the daily set-up and maintenance of such tests
Design and maintain new split tests of messaging and product features
Suggest ways to improve efficiency of marketing budget whereever possible
Contribute towards the general company goal of member recruitment & satisfaction
Excellent organizational and communication skills

A passion to work in a dynamic and evolving environment and the ability to adapt to new situations
Initiative to answer the small questions and the resourcefulness to address the big questions
Experience with clear analytic thinking and presentation
Experience analyzing, organizing, and communicating data
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field related to applied mathematics such as Economics or a Science degree
Experience with PPC campaigns
Experience running A/B testing in a web context
Experience with a programming language
