With offices in multiple states across the country, we provide comprehensive general dentistry services to children and adults. To further this goal, we are currently looking for a full-time Community Relations Specialist.

The Community Relations Specialist (CRS) is responsible for leading the local office’s community marketing efforts, ensuring execution of strategies to improve market presence and meet financial goals. Market the office in the community through the implementation of the 6 core program areas to drive in at a minimum 30% of new patients for their assigned office(s): Neighborhood Marketing) – 60% of time allocation Grassroots educational program executed on foot in local neighborhood surrounding office (housing complexes, businesses, parks, etc.) Table Days and Events – 25% time allocation Referral Program – cold calling on medical providers – 10% of time allocation Dental Screenings – partnering with schools and daycares to provide screenings Oral Health Presentations Community Agency Alliance Develop and execute monthly marketing plans Develop and cultivate relationships with community agencies, school systems, and dentists and physicians in the area Develop and cultivate relationships with key community leaders as well as appointed and elected officials Community Relations Specialists earn a guaranteed salary along with a bonus plan based on monthly performance. We also provide paid time off, paid company holidays, 401K and much more!RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Proven track record of accomplishing sales/lead goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort in public speaking Professional manner and appearance at all times Familiarity with Medicaid System and its population Must be comfortable working directly in underserved communities Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Working Conditions: Majority of work performed in the community. Regular travel required to off-site locations in completing work requirements, attending meetings or events. Requires nights and weekend availability.
