Leads the identification, development of FEP’s digital member experience including tools focusing on Benefits/Administrative Management, Provider Selection, Pharmacy Benefits Management, Financial/Expense Management, Nurseline, and Health/Wellness, as well as other new consumer tool products/services and the MyBlue member portal. Strategically strengthening FEP’s competitive position within the FEHBP market. Responsibilities include. Business activities management, Business requirements analysis and review, Vendor coordination and performance tracking, Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and release management.
Required Basic Qualifications
•Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other business discipline or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 5 to 7 years of health care experience with progressive responsibilities.
•Minimum 5 years of website development experience.
•Minimum of three years of project management experience.
Preferred Basic Qualifications
•Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
•Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of healthcare consumer tools and industry trends.
•Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program and its various functions/disciplines.
•Demonstrated ability to conceptualize long term, innovative strategies as well as conceive tactical, issue-driven solutions, including the ability to identify data/information needs, acquire and organize data, deliver analyses, and identify major findings
•Demonstrated ability to integrate marketing, finance, and operations concepts into delivery models, guide feasibility analyses with multi-disciplinary teams as well as develop business case analyses
•Demonstrated project management experience including leading project teams, guiding workgroups and teams to develop consensus on objectives and problem resolution for a broad range of topics and scope, and managing work plans and budget and resources
•Demonstrated ability to create and communicate innovative conceptual models and synthesize diverse types of information
•Experience with vendor management, including operational development, implementation, and maintenance activities
•Ability to develop and lead Plan and BCBSA presentations to a variety of audience members, and represent and promote achievement of identified project goals independently to external and internal stakeholders
