Full time position available, 36 hours per week (645pm to 715am shift). The RN is responsible and accountable for the delivery of safe, age specific, patient focused, quality care and the management of the necessary material and fiscal resources to deliver the care. The RN uses the nursing process to determine, plan, implement and evaluate patient care outcomes. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary caregivers to assure the patientâ??s needs and care requirements are met during assigned shifts. Serves as the contact person for specific patient related questions and acts to resolve concerns and issues of patients, families, and physicians during designated shifts. The RN respects the mission and philosophy of the organization, the standards of care nursing practice, corporate compliance and hospital standards. The RN acts as a professional in the delivery of patient care. Also participates in organizational performance activities that impact patient care. Must be a graduate of a 2 of 4 year nursing program. Bachelorâ??s degree preferred. Current RN License required. Must have current BLS certification.
