The Centralized Application Service (CAS) Coordinator, reporting to the CAS Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more services. The CAS Coordinator must be thoroughly well-versed in all portals associated with his/her services and will be expected to act as a resource for clients and applicants regarding the use of these portals. Additionally, the CAS Coordinator will meet representatives of schools or associations to present or discuss the services.

Serve as the first point of contact for Liaison clients regarding services and portals

Investigate and respond to client concerns

Build and maintain positive relationships with key individuals in the association and with clients.

Conduct Webinars and on-site meetings with Liaison clients and association members to help them use and understand Liaison products and services

Provide regular updates to CAS managers concerning services to client and client satisfaction

Train clients and association members on use of portals

Train new or existing employees in assigned service(s) and assist in the facilitation of ongoing employee training programs

Continuously monitor incoming calls, emails, verification cues, and status of applications

Track weekly statistics

Other necessary duties include the following:
Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Liaison International and the department

Travel as necessary to provide excellent support to the association

Perform other duties as requested by management

Demonstrated ability to present a polished, knowledgeable, and professional image of Liaison, our services, and our organization to our clients


Bachelors degree preferred


1-3 years experience with admissions process in college or university setting

A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience

Ability to solve complex problems creatively and in a timely manner

Ability to work with development staff as needed to solve bugs or issues without being prompted.

Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions

Ability to follow Liaison’s policies and procedures

Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel.
