The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the
management team in achieving financial goals by
demonstrating selling behaviors and floor leadership,
promoting a positive work environment and executing
operational processes and objectives in compliance with
company standards and policies. The Sales Lead position
is considered a key holder role, not a management role.
Candidates must have a passion to deliver unparalleled
customer service and the ability to lead a team towards
meeting/exceeding all sales targets including plan, comp
and other key performance indicators. Candidates must
also be skilled at ensuring the store team meets tasking
goals while also delivering legendary customer service.
A minimum of 31 hours of availability are required
weekly. Retail supervisory experience in apparel
preferred, but not required.
