Responsible for providing clinical and general administrative support for the Touch Clinical Team. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Assists with reports, scheduling, distribution of lab/x-ray results, chart preparation, materials management, call triage, and authorization request coordination. Serves as a liaison to the Touch Case Management department. Creates authorization in system and pends for management approval. Supports NPs and coordinates requests for medical records.
Requires a high school diploma; 5 or more years of experience in the health care field; Medical Assistant Certificate preferred; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
