Position Description This position will support the Maintenance Training New Ventures group in the development and implementation of a Basic License program. It will require an individual with highly varied skills, aptitudes and a willingness to take on a challenging task to completion.
The successful candidate will:
Conduct analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
Oversee activities for the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training programs.
Establish processes for identifying training content requirements and evaluate training effectiveness.
Use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
Have experience in training individuals in basic mechanical and electrical skills.
Coach and develop customer training staff to support the new training program
Be capable of writing technical lessons from reference materials.
Research and use data to support program development activities.
Ensure effectiveness, accuracy and quality of training programs

Basic Qualifications For Consideration Did you have at least 3 years of experience as an instructor teaching airplane systems?

Typical Education/Experience Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information This position will have extensive travel to support on-site Program implementation and resource coordination.
