This position provides monitoring assistance and construction oversight in response to the Enbridge Line 6B oil spill on the Kalamazoo River in Marshall, Michigan, under the authority of Parts 31, 201, 301, and 303 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended, and Administrative Consent Order and Partial Settlement Agreement entered between the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, the Michigan Department of Attorney General, and Enbridge Energy Limited Partnership on November 1, 2010.
Required Education and Experience:
Possession of a bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, biological sciences, resource development, resource management, or engineering.

One year of professional experience equivalent to an Environmental Quality Analyst 9.
