The Way Forward
As an Architecture PMO Lead, you will provide PMO support functions such as project planning, issue management, risk tracking and mitigation, resource tracking, and scorecarding. Work with IT Project Managers and Architecture Managers as necessary to solicit and analyze data required for performance metrics and reporting.
You will assist in developing and monitoring work plans which include clear objectives, roles/resources, tasks and measures of success. Develop, track, analyze, and publish project and financial reports, scorecards and program/project performance trends. Support management of smaller/less complex projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing the issue resolutions process and taking corrective action or escalating the issue when appropriate. Help measure project results, including client satisfaction. Ensure process control and improvement by helping identify best practices and applying architectural standards for a defined product line or system.
Coordinate architecture activities across CBB
Facilitate and administer CBB Architecture Review Board Meeting
Manage, monitor and track the Architecture Book of Work
Create and Maintain a CBB Architecture SharePoint site to contain design artifacts, resource & time tracking, forecasting, Architecture score card and task lists
Create and maintain solutions Architecture resource process to ensure adequate resources are aligned to the ITDM concept review and SDLC process
Provide monthly RAG status on all book of work items
Proactively work with Chief Architect to create 6 QTR look ahead forecast
Produce monthly dashboards and scorecards
Minimum 7 years of Technology Project Management/Program Management work experience
5 years of experience supporting technology architecture
Strong Project Planning skills
Strong Risk Management, Assessment and tracking skills
Solid Issue Management and resolution skills
Experience or understanding of relevant business areas
