Please note that we work with mortgage servicers, we do not provide mortgages, loans or underwriting. The focus of this position is property preservation.Position SummaryThe Asset Preservation Coordinator works as a liaison between our clients and our vendor network to ensure that work is done timely and in accordance with HUD allowables and guidelines. Each APC will work within a specified portfolio of loans to assign work orders, review photos, follow up with vendors on missing/tardy work, process completions, and review/submit invoices. APCs must always provide superior customer service to our clients and vendors in order to build strong working relationships. The starting pay is $15.39 an hour for degreed individuals; however, we will consider non-degreed applicants with relevant or compensatory experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Works in customized database to complete all assigned tasks within a designated timeframe•Comfortable working heavily with computers and various applications on a daily basis•Understands the overall process and contributes to improving the process•Communicates issues and service barriers to the Team Leader•Learns the functions necessary for the Team to provide service to the customer•Supports the MCS personnel who are located at the customer site•Participates with other team members (when needed) to increase efficiency•Acquires knowledge and ability in all functions of the field services industry•Learns and applies all applicable government and investor regulations•Prepares accurate descriptions and work order status for both clients and vendors•Assists in the training for new hires as required•Other duties as assigned
