Under limited supervision, provides the same duties as the teller in addition to handling compliance of audit operations and regulatory issues. Duties may include workflow scheduling, transaction approval, teller training and/or teller supervision. Responds to inquiries/problems and may handle more complex services/transactions.
18+ months of customer service and sales experience and 6+ months teller experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals. Strong communications skills and demonstrated computer skills. Detail-oriented. Previous coaching experience or able to establish work priorities. Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays.
